Amazing Transformations
This was a bridal makeup trial demonstration, where the object was to conceal any minor blemishes & facial masking (darker areas around the edge of the face) while still giving the subject an inviting, even glow. Also used a shimmer shadow to open the eyes for a relaxed glamourous look! I used a creme concealer with silicone base primer to give her an even texture, then a custom mix for her exact shade (as always) with the airbrush, and set it with a sheen powder for a dewy, dazzling finish! ~Lara Toman, Airbrush Artist & Instructor

Amazing work! It really made a difference for her. When you created the special foundation would it be something your model could use every day? Or was it just something to show the type of work you can do?
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, This foundation is made especially for the airbrush system. Mixing the foundation shade to the tone and depth of a subject's skin tone is where airbrush artist aims to get an exact match and even out the tone from the forehead to the neck area, (even though these are often different colors on most people's face.) To do this, it is drop of this and a drop of that to get the right shade, using the airbrush unit.
